Cancelation Policy

Cancellation is considered an appointment canceled when notice of cancellation is given more than 48 business (clinic) hours prior to the appointment. For example, if Monday is a stat holiday and a patient/client wants to cancel their Tuesday 1pm appointment, then to provide 48 business hours notice the patient/client would have to cancel on Friday before 1pm. 

Late Cancellation is considered an appointment canceled when notice of cancellation is given within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

No-Show is considered an appointment that has not been canceled and the patient/client did not show up to the appointment.

Policy

  • Patients/Clients must provide 48 business hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment if they wish to cancel 

  • In the event of a late cancellation, cancellation fees will be processed using the credit card information on file.
