Laura brings a unique perspective to her work as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), shaped by 18 years of service in law enforcement across three provinces. Her career has given her the privilege of serving diverse communities and individuals, deepening her understanding of resilience and the human capacity for growth. Passionate about service to others, Laura believes that everyone has the ability to overcome hardship and trauma.

Having worked through her own job-related trauma in law enforcement, she knows firsthand how challenging—but ultimately rewarding and life-changing—the healing process can be.

This experience, along with her naturally curious nature and empathetically direct approach, shapes her desire to create a safe and supportive environment for growth and transformation
