Learning to simply cope with your pain isn’t good enough.

Find long-term relief by treating the root cause of your distress with in-depth mental health specialists at The Mind People.

Struggling with untreated mental health issues leaves you suffering with pain that can seriously disrupt your sleep, your relationships, and your sense of self and physical well-being.

Sometimes the heaviest weight isn’t just what you’re feeling — it’s the exhaustion of trying to keep up, stay focused, and hold it all together when your mind won’t cooperate.

That’s where we come in.

🔸 Chloe’s focus is on working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the day-to-day challenges of living with ADHD.

Chloe is a Student Therapist and Master’s candidate at Yorkville University, bringing over four years of hands-on experience supporting people through some of life’s most difficult moments. Before entering clinical training, she worked directly with individuals at the Canadian Mental Health Association and in community support settings — which means she understands that anxiety, low mood, and attention challenges rarely exist in isolation. They show up at work, in relationships, and in the quiet moments when you’re hardest on yourself.

Chloe’s approach is warm, practical, and built around you. She draws on a range of evidence-based tools to help you understand your thoughts and patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and move toward the life you actually want. For patients dealing with ADHD, she brings specific training in how the brain processes emotion and attention — helping you work with your mind rather than against it. For anxiety and depression, she focuses on getting to the root of what’s driving your distress, not just managing symptoms on the surface.

She holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid, suicide intervention (ASIST), and DBT skills — and approaches every patient with cultural humility and a genuine belief in your ability to grow and change.

When you work with Chloe, you’ll feel heard without judgment and supported with intention. The goal isn’t just to feel better in the moment — it’s to build the insight and skills that create real, lasting change.

Chloe works directly with our Clinical Director to provide you with the highest quality mental health care.

Let’s get you unstuck and moving forward.
